This group is ideal for you – 2x or 3x weekly meet ups to help you maintain your motivation. Combination of run specific strength and run coaching, a structured weekly program, over seven weeks, to help keep you on track.
Advise and support throughout the whole newbie run program.
Small group size to ensure sufficient support for all runners.
