Developing functional strength supports improved posture, efficiency and a likely reduction in niggles and injury - it's often the forgotten discipline in running, swimming, triathlon, and bike training.

These strength sessions, minimum of 6 recommended, will provide you with a solid foundation to further develop your anaerobic and aerobic capabilities. Each session will be developed to stretch your capabilities and provide you with skills and drills to practice and train in your own time.

Sessions held in Southsea, all equipment provided.

Improve your swimming efficiency, stroke & body positions. Learn stroke and body drills that you can practice in your own time.

Develop open water swimming skills, become more confident in open water conditions, learn skills to help you thrive and survive. Sessions focused on your requirements, no matter if you've just started out or an experienced open water swimmer.

Where possible and relevant video footage will be taken and shared to support your learning opportunities.
