Tuesday          6.30am     Track work               –   Coached running form, intervals, TTs, Fartleks


Tuesday          1.30pm      Track work               –   Coached running form, intervals, TTs, Fartleks

Wednesday   7.30am      Technical swim      -   Coached swimming drills, technique, form


Wednesday   6.30pm      Newbie run club    -   Coached run session
Thursday        6.00am      Tempo work            -   Coached run session

Thursday        6.30pm      Newbie run club   -   Coached strength & balance session

Thursday        7.30pm      Run/Swim strong -   Coached strength session


Friday              7.00am      Social run                 -   Social run for all.  No one left behind


Friday              7.00pm      Endurance swim   -   Coached endurance swim session


Saturday        7.15am        Hills running           -   Coached hill running session
