Swim Bike Run Develop are coached sessions to empower you to develop your skills in swim, bike and run. These six week open water swimming sessions offer a mix of coached 121 and group swimming sessions.
All sessions are delivered by our qualified coaches, who will aim to make you feel welcome and build your confidence, whilst having fun.
These sessions are aimed at participants new to open water swimming and potentially looking towards their first competitive event. You may want to move from a pool environment to open water for readiness to enter your first open water event or swim open water on a regular basis.
You need to be competent in front crawl and able to swim at least 100m of front crawl non-stop.
