Grasshopper Coaching - March to April 2025 Training sessions

In 2025 Grasshopper Coaching has adopted a 7 week coached training block training program, followed by a two week break.

The current block’s coached and community training sessions consist of four pool based swimming sessions, one strength session, one newbie runner session and three bespoke running sessions – focusing on track intervals, longer threshold intervals and the all important hill training.
