Squad session for those who have completed their 121 with me and identified as a ‘newbie’ swimmer. Limited number of swimmers in squad to maximise effectiveness and safety of the sessions.

Each session lasts 45 minutes.
£10 per session, each session lasts approx. 45 minutes.

The aim is to train in all safe conditions. Assessment of sea conditions completed on the evening prior to training and on the morning of the training session.
