Practice and improve your open water skills in a small group session. Including race techniques, sighting, breathing, drafting, turning, body position, stroke, drills….

Swim Requirements
Wetsuit, goggles, swim cap, ear plugs, beach shoes

Post swim
Towel, warm clothes, hot drink,

£8 per session or £35 for all five sessions (12th/19th/26th July & 2nd/9th August).

Location

Southsea beach - meet near the RNLI beach hut (close to Coffee Cup)
