Meet near the Briny coffee hatch at 8.40 for a few warm up exercises, prior to the 9am parkrun start. Don’t forget your parkrun barcode to have your run/walk registered through parkrun and to have your result emailed out to you.

Join your fellow Grasshoppers for a coffee, post run.
