In the shelter of the Cockershell Community Centre I’ll be running an hour of balance, and strength work – an integral part of being strong and resiliant in every day life, as well as in support of your fitness, running, triathlon program.

All are welcome. If you have one please bring a workout mat.

Pay as you £8 per session – bank transfer preferred.
