Use the skills / technique learnt on a Wednesday morning swim session whilst developing freestyle stamina/endurance in the pool. Please bring swim aids with you, including pool buoy, paddles, kick board and ideally flippers & snorkel.

£8 per session. Booking in advance via the Grasshopper app / web essential. Please pay fee via bank transfer at the time you reserve your place.
