8.30am start at Mountbatten Sports Centre.
January 2024 price per session is £8. Four sessions in the January swim block. Book all four for £28.
Focus on building your confidence in the water, breathing, swim strokes and some drills. Ideal for newbie swimmers and those returning to the water after a period of time off from swimming.

If you are able to comfortably swim ~200m freestyle then the 7.30am intermediate swim squad would be more suitable for you.
