Please arrive at 6.25am to allow time for entry / changing.

Focus on drills, technical aspects of stroke and occasional sprints. Recommend that you bring pool buoy, kick board, paddles, fins and swimming snorkel if you have one.

2024 Spring price per session is
Grasshopper Coaching Members : £25 per month / £7.50 per session.
BT member : £35 per month
Non members : £9.50 per session.
Max 7 swimmers per session.

Ideal for swimmers who can swim ~200m freestyle and wish to improve their freestyle stroke, understand and practice swim drills with occasional interval work to help with overall fitness.
