Complementing the Monday and Wednesday running / strength sessions this strength session focuses on functional running fitness, coordination and balance.

It’s held indoors with the option of using the Cockleshell garden. The goal is to have fun whilst improving core strength, balance, coordination. No special equipment required, but if you have a workout mat that can be handy.

Just £12 for a full month of sessions for Grasshopper Coaching members.
