Coached Technical / Technique / Drills / Intervals swim session at the Ravelin Portsmouth University swimming pool.
Join the Grasshopper crew to develop your swimming capabilities with a focus on technique, drills & intervals under the watchful eye of an experienced Level 2 triathlon and open water coach.

Meet in the Ravelin reception area at 6:30am to be in the water at 6.35am. Session finishes at 7.30am.

Recommend that you bring pool buoy, kick board, paddles, fins and swimming snorkel if you have one.
Grasshopper Coaching Members : £25 per month / £7.50 per session.
British Triathlon members (any club) £35.00 per month. Non members : £9.50 per session.
Max 7 swimmers per session.
