2024 price per session is
Grasshopper Member £25 per month or £7.50 per session.
Non Grasshopper member £9.50 per session.

Focus on drills, technical aspects of stroke and occasional sprints.

Ideal for swimmers who can swim ~200m freestyle and wish to improve their freestyle stroke, understand and practice swim drills with occasional interval work to help with overall fitness.
